A little history
Munilla

We set up in Munilla at the start of the century. We have a butcher's shop in this house in Santa María Square, continuing the family pork butchery tradition along with the sale of fresh meat, taking advantage of the good mountain air to make sausages and cure hams.
After some time we moved to the capital of La Rioja in 1950 and continued to do business in the Logroņo Market, making our own sausages and hams.

At present, as well as still selling fresh meat and sausages in our Logroņo butcher's in Logroņo Market, also known as San Blas Market, on Sagasta Street, next to Logroņo's Espolón Park, we have modern facilities on the road between Logroņo and Soria, kilometre 327.5, at Lardero.
The installations in which we make our sausages meet European Union standards and have reference number ESPAŅA 1007884/LO C.E.E. We also have modern machinery and qualified personnel who take the greatest care with hygiene conditions and the quality of all our produce.
