We take care that our products leave our factory in the right conditions and packaged for transport, in a controlled atmosphere. In order to do this we seal all boxes and packets with tape which has our sanitary registration number and standardisation . If this tape is open or broken, return the box or packet and contact us on out customer attention telephone: 941 448 775 (with the prefix 00 34 if you are calling from outside Spain). We will return your money or send you a new order as you wish. |
